File a Complaint about Mortgage Company Services
The laws enforced by CFPB include the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. It is these laws that require the lenders to disclose the information to homebuyers before buying. If you have a problem with the new or existing mortgage, you can file a complaint with the CFPB. Some instances of mortgage complaints include:
