FHA Loans and HUD Homes
The Department of Housing and Urban Development has two programs to make the process more affordable for homebuyers.
FHA Loans
The FHA loans program is managed by the Federal Housing Administration. It must be a good mortgage choice if you are a first-time home buyer because its requirements are not as strict as they are for the other loans. The down payment and closing costs of the FHA loan are also low.
Am I Eligible for an FHA Loan?
An FHA-approved lender sees if you qualify for the FHA loan or not. Qualifying for an FHA loan does not require your credit score to be too high.
The price of the home you want to insure should be within the desired loan limit for an FHA home in its location.
How do I Apply for an FHA Loan?
As such, FHA does not lend money to people. The FHA approved lenders insure mortgage loans against default. You only need to use an FHA-approved lender to apply for an FHA-insured loan. Find out an FHA-approved lender here.

How do I Complain About an FHA Loan?
You can reach out to an FHA resource center if you have a complaint about an FHA loan program.
