Within the United States there are 10 different geographical regions that HUD has been divided into. Depending on where your state is located you would be zoned to one of these Regional Offices. Region III Interagency Council on Homelessness The purpose of the Regional III Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH) is to mirror the work of the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness in Washington, DC (USICH) by coordinating the regional federal agencies’ response to homelessness.
